At ARESS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your glasses under the following conditions:
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The glasses are in their original condition, undamaged, and not broken.
- The glasses are returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Glasses that are broken, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom or personalized items unless they arrive defective or damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@aress.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your glasses for a different model, size, or color, please contact us at contact@aress.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective, please email us at contact@aress.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
